Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
On a monthly basis, no later than the 25th day of the billing month, the parties shall hand over the services rendered for routine maintenance and repair of equipment as part of the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, upon the fact of which they draw up the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered in the following order:
The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the billing month, sends by fax (originals - by mail) to the Customer the Certificate of Acceptance of the services rendered (or work performed) for the reporting period.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
