Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer with a full list of maintenance, repair, emergency work. Be sure to attach a list of spare parts with cost.
2. Reference sheet (template attached to bidding).
3. It is necessary to submit information to informresurs.charter-apk. Rf about consent to disclose tax secrets (Administration of the site Information resource with information about tax "gaps", Phone: 8 (925) 835-74-39)
4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without amendment:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- consent to disclosure of trade secrets (attached to bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. To conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a full package of documents, your application will not be considered.
