To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. A commercial offer with a full list of Maintenance, Repair, and Emergency work. Be sure to attach a list of spare parts with the cost.
2. Reference list(the template is attached to the auction).
3. It is necessary to submit information to the information resource. charter-apk. rf about consent to the disclosure of tax secrets(The administration of the site is an information resource with information about tax "gaps", Phone: 8 (925) 835-74-39)
4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to the disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
If there is no complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
