Comments: The Bidder of this Bidding procedure must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
1.1. ITEM No. 1: In the Commercial Proposal, specify the cost of annual maintenance (broken down by quarters), taking into account consumables and RF. Plus the cost of additional service work, the cost of a person-hour, if necessary, transportation costs. For B2B, submit the total amount in the bid.
Provide for the possibility of responding to an emergency call within 24 hours to diagnose and perform the necessary work. In case of disconnection of DES when working on emergency shutdowns, provide for the departure of specialists within 2 (two) hours
1.2. ITEM no. 2: In the Commercial Proposal, specify the cost according to the Requirements Specification.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. Package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete set of documents, your bid will not be considered!

When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.

The winner of the procedure is obliged to provide a package of documents to the BSE (Order No. 185) at the stage of preparing the contract!
