2. Documents confirming legal capacity of a legal entity:
3. A certified copy of the charter of the legal entity containing the details of the registering authority.
4. Certificate of state registration of legal entity.
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) as of the current year.
6. If the type of activity, the implementation of which is the subject of a future contract, requires licensing, a copy of the corresponding license is required.
7. Documents confirming the authority of the head of the legal entity and its representatives:
a. A certified copy of the decision of the organization’s governing body on the appointment of a specific person to the position of head of the organization (either a protocol of a higher collegial body, or an order of a sole higher body),
b. Information about the surname, name, patronymic and the name of the position of the head specified in this decision must correspond to the extract from the register.
