Payment terms:Preferred terms of payment - within 30/60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion with a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization's seal.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures are submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for filing applications.

If there are several stages in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of selection. Otherwise, proposals will not be considered.

JSC RUSAL Achinsk has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
