Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
"Payment procedure and terms:
- non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)."

The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor
Agreement with the prices for additional works according to Appendix No. 3.
"The formation of the cost for additional work is carried out on the basis of an estimate calculation. (see Appendix No. 3), made under the terms of the annex to the contract "Procedure for determining the estimated cost
of general construction and special works." It is agreed with the customer before the start of work and is formalized by an additional agreement. The main coefficients are indicated in additional fields."

Absence of problematic objects of JSC "Tander" according to the main criteria: there is no claim work on the part of JSC "Tander" regarding Contractual Counterparty, the absence of unresolved critical comments within the specified period (specified in the act of the final commission, etc. in a similar document), due to the fault of Contractual counterparty, there is no postponement of work deadlines)
