Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
No advance payment is required. Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon their completion on the basis of the act of acceptance of the work performed and the invoice of the Contractor within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work performed. The response to the request must unambiguously determine the price of a unit of work, the total cost of work. The cost of work is determined by the calculation of the price of the contract with the application of transcripts under the articles - payroll, travel expenses, material costs, to calculate the initial maximum price (NMC) of works. Sending a technical-commercial proposal and providing the calculation of the cost of services does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
