Comments:
The commercial offer must specify:
- The delivery time of spare parts and performance of work in calendar days from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- Addresses of service centers and spare parts warehouses of the contractor;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment.In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles with VAT, the Supplier/ The contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to back up a letter from the bank about its readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the offer.
