Based on your answers and other documents PJSC Vimpelcom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:

1) Results matching qualification requirements
2) The results of the assessment of financial stability
3) The results of the evaluation unit corporate security at risk presence/absence of interaction.

Participants should:
1) fill in the application form (Appendix 1) and a declaration of compliance with qualification requirements (annex 2) and to submit them electronically (.xls) and the signed form (PDF), updated with supporting documents as specified in the qualifications.
2) provide financial reporting form (Appendix 4), but only in electronic format (.xls). The form is filled for the last two reporting years-2016, 2015.
3) to send a response to the letter about moving to EDO (annex 6)
