Comments: As part of its application, the Participant must submit the signed agreement in the Editorial Office of the Customer (with attachments), as well as documents confirming the competence and qualifications of the Participant (see attached files). The proposal must be executed in accordance with the attached procurement documentation. An application without confirmation of the price offer by the indicated documents is not allowed for consideration.
This procedure for requesting commercial offers is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting commercial offers is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting commercial offers does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
The offer of the participant must be valid for at least 60 days.
Within 30 days after signing the protocol, the Organizer concludes an agreement with the counterparty-winner of the procedure. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends appropriate notifications to the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
