Comments: As part of its application, the Participant must submit a signed agreement in the version of the Customer (with attachments), as well as documents confirming the legal capacity and qualifications of the Participant (see attached files). The offer must be executed in accordance with the attached procurement documentation. An application without confirmation of the price offer by the specified documents is not allowed for consideration.
