Pirelli Russia, represented by PK Kirov Tire LLC, offers to participate in the contractor selection process.
• Procedure conditions:
Counterparties participate in the procedure and submit their proposals within the framework of one stage, in real time, strictly within the time allotted within the framework of the corresponding procedure.
The second stage of the procedure is possible in exceptional cases, without informing the procedure in advance.
Counterparties should build on notifications sent to their email address.
1. For the conditions and terms for the provision of services (work), see the attached ToR. Dates can be changed by agreement with the Customer.
Price:
The cost of the work must be indicated without VAT. It is necessary to attach a quotation to the final price application on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of the authorized person. LLC PK Kirov Tire needs to be informed about subcontracting organizations. This can be done by sending a letter on the official letterhead of the company listing the names and TIN of the subcontractors or this information can be indicated directly in the quotation.
2. Correspondence is made with the contact persons indicated in the notice.
3. Corporate Responsibility Questionnaires:
You must complete and sign two documents in this procedure. If they are absent, they can be found in the profile of PK Kirov Tire LLC. We pay special attention to the fact that commercial offers without properly executed questionnaires will not be considered.
