The proposal must consist of two parts - Technical (Appendix No. 3-6) and commercial (Appendix No. 2). In the technical part of the TCH, it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. In case of non-compliance with this requirement, the TCH will be rejected.
