Comments:
This Price Request Procedure is not a bid, incl. competition and / or auction, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This Request for Price Request is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this Price Request procedure does not impose on the Organizer the obligations stipulated by civil law and specified in this clause.

To participate in the tender, you must provide the following documents:

1. a copy of the charter in the current edition with all the amendments and additions with a note from the tax authority (document index 1-SU);
2. copy of certificate of state registration of legal entity (document index 2-SU);
3. copy of tax registration certificate (document index 3-SU);
4. extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no older than 15 calendar days prior to the date of submission (document index 4-SU);
5. copy of OKVED certificate (information letter on statistics codes) (document index 5-SU);
6. a copy of a certificate from tax authorities on tax arrears to budgets of all levels (document index 6-SU);
7. copies of balance sheets together with profit and loss statements with a tax inspection mark for three years of activity and for the last reporting period (document index 7-SU);
8. copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter - the head) (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment)) (document index 8-SU);
9. copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by the representative by proxy (document index 9-SU);
10. a copy of the agreement defining the rights and obligations of organizations, establishing a leading organization in relations with the customer and joint and several liability of organizations for the timely and full implementation of the Agreement (provided only by collective Participants) (document index 10-SU);
11. copies of documents confirming the authority to supply a certain type of product as an authorized representative of the manufacturer. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (document index 11-SU);
12. copies of thanks and feedback from customers on the subject of the Request for Proposals (at least 3) (document index 12-SU);
13. copies of certificates of the QMS (quality management system) of the Participant and the Manufacturer of the proposed products (document index 13-SU);
14. a free-form letter confirming the possibility of checking the state of production of products proposed by the Participant, authorized representatives of Mechel Group during the procurement procedures and the entire duration of the Agreement (document index 14-SU);
15. internal corporate approvals (minutes of the general meeting of shareholders / board of directors / general meeting of participants) (if required in accordance with the charter documents of the Participant and the legislation): a document confirming the existence of a decision (approval) by the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of a major transaction, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or (in case the transaction is not a major transaction for the Participant) - a certificate (letter) in any form; a document confirming the existence of a decision (approval) by the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of an interested-party transaction, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, or (if the transaction in accordance with the law is not a transaction for the Participant in which there is interest) - a certificate (letter) in any form (15-SU);
16. consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Participant and / or the responsible person of the Participant, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Participant provides personal data (16-SU);
17. other documents which, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents (document index 17-SU).
