Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided, final payment upon signing of the certificate of services rendered for a period with deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 40 calendar days after signing the acceptance documents.
The Customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Bidders (including several) regarding the order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Bidders.
In the case of a request for an advance payment form, it is required to provide a justification for the purpose of the advance payment by filling out an bid for participation in the procurement procedure (item 5. - form, terms and payment terms).

Comments: The Bidder of the procurement procedure must meet
the following requirements:
1. The absence of
lawsuits from the Bidder of the procurement
procedure for the amount of claims against the
latter exceeding 25% of the company's equity
(confirmed by the declaration of compliance with
the established requirements by filling in and
submitting the form "Declaration of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure on compliance with the
established requirements" as part of the bid for
participation);
2. Failure to liquidate the Bidder
of the procurement procedure - a legal entity and
the absence of an arbitration court decision on
the recognition of the Bidder Called for Bidding -
a legal entity or individual entrepreneur as
insolvent (bankrupt) and on the opening of
bankruptcy proceedings (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling in and submitting the form "Declaration of
the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid for participation);
3.
Non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder of
the procurement procedure in accordance with the
procedure established by the Code of
Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation
as of the date of filing an bid for participation
in Calls for Bidding (confirmed by a declaration
of compliance with the established requirements by
filling out and submitting the form "Declaration
of the Bidder of the procurement procedure on
compliance with the established requirements" as
part of the bid);
4. The Bidder of the procurement
procedure does not have overdue arrears on accrued
taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other
mandatory payments to budgets of any level or
state extra-budgetary funds for the last completed
reporting period, the amount of which exceeds 25%
of the book value of the assets of the Bidder

7. The Bidder of the
procurement procedure is not a person whose place
of registration or place of residence or place of
tax residence is the state or territory included
in the list of states and territories approved by
the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation
in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 3
of Article 284 of the Tax Code of the Russian

individuals who are beneficiaries, the sole
executive body of the business company (director,
general director, managing director, president and
others), members of the collegial executive body
of a business company, the head (director, general
director) of an institution or unitary enterprise,
or other management bodies of legal entities -

12. The Bidder
must have proven work experience in the types of
work specified in the Terms of Reference for the
last calendar year prior to the date of
publication of the procurement procedure
(confirmed by the completed form "Information on
work experience" provided as part of the bid for
participation);
13. The Bidder's place of
registration is Krasnodar Krai, or the Bidder must
have a separate representative office/branch in
Krasnodar Krai (confirmed by information from the
Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal
Entities provided as part of the bid for
participation, or, if there is a separate
representative office/branch, a copy of the
notification of registration of a separate
representative office/ branch with the tax
authority)
14. The Bidder must travel to the place
of work before submitting an bid for participation
in the procedure (confirmed by the official letter
of the Bidder confirming the visit to the facility
provided as part of the bid for participation);
15. The Bidder must have proven work experience
in the types of work specified in the Terms of
Reference (confirmed by the completed form
"Information on work experience" provided as part
of the bid for participation);
16. The Bidder
must confirm the availability of qualified labor
resources for timely and high-quality fulfillment
of obligations under the contract (confirmed by
filling in and submitting the form "Information on
human resources" as part of the bid for
participation);
17. The Bidder's confirmed
revenue for the last reporting period must be at
least the contractual cost of the work, compiled
according to the amounts specified in the Terms of
Reference (confirmed by the financial results
report provided as part of the bid for
participation).
The procurement procedure is an
internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers
by the Company and should not be considered as a
competitive bidding process in the sense of
articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian
Federation, and also is not a public tender, which
is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of
the Russian Federation.
LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye
reserves the right at any time to refuse to
continue conducting this Procurement Procedure, to
change the terms of its conduct, as well as to
refuse to conclude a contract with a Supplier
whose offer is recognized as the best based on the
results of the procurement procedure.
At the same
time, any expenses related to participation in the
procurement procedure shall be borne by the Bidder
independently, the specified expenses will not be
reimbursed under any circumstances by Sanatorium
Zapolyarye LLC.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
