Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Requirements for the participant:
1. Availability of own or leased special equipment:
- Waste water pumping machine;
- Equipment for stripping and erosion of solid sediments.
2. The existence of a contract with the organization WSU/sewage treatment facilities for the transfer of wastewater (or the guarantee of the conclusion of this agreement within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract with the customer) or the availability of a license for the right to collect, transport and Disposal of waste from sewage treatment plants (contracts with a licensed organization).
3. Experience in the field of maintenance and ongoing repairs of local wastewater treatment plants.
4. Ability to independently make defective statements and calculation of works at carrying out of this or those inspection of THE equipment.
