Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites your Company to take part in the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of maintenance services for the sales offices of the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 2 years.

The procurement event (hereinafter referred to as ZM) will consist of the following stages:
- collection of applications from counterparties;
- referral to email mail of technical, procurement and other documentation / information on ZM to the declared Participants;
- document request;
- verification of the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC VimpelCom.
To participate in the ZM, you must attach to this procedure by 15.09.2020 before 17:00 (Moscow time)
on the B2B-Center site - the following documents:
• Participant's questionnaire (signed scan in PDF format);
• Privacy Statement (signed scan in PDF format);
• Letter of assurance of non-affiliation (signed scan in PDF format);
• Form of a potential VK supplier (in Excel);
• Provide financial statements in forms 1 and 2 (scanned copies of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement), as well as completed in accordance with financial. reporting file "Financial analysis" (in Excel);
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of the responsible manager on your part for the Prequalification process: name, position, e-mail, work and / or mobile phone (in Excel).
