Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made monthly upon the issue of payment documents, not later than the 10th day of each month.
Delivery terms:Supply and installation of equipment within 3 working days from the date of signing the contract.

Comments:
Each participant must submit a completed Participant Questionnaire both in electronic form in the "doc" format and a scanned version with a signature and a stamp.
The column with the information is corrected by the participant, if some document is not provided, the reason for this action is indicated.
Also, the full package of documents specified in the Participant Questionnaire is provided.
From the provision of a full package of documents, participants who, in a period of up to 6 months, delivered to us any products, other than the following items of the Participant's Questionnaire:
- Nos. 7, 16, 17 - is provided for all types of procedures;
- No. 15 - is provided for procedures that are related to construction and other works that are part of the SRO;
- No. 20 - for procedures with a cost of 1 million rubles. and higher.
The counterparty is checked once every 6 months, if the last verification of the participant was later than 6 months, the full package of documents is also requested from the procedure winner.
With the cost of procedures more than 5 million rubles. the full package of documents is provided regardless of the latest deliveries of products and checks of counterparties.
The participant's form and other documents are in the procurement documentation (access to them is opened after authorization to ETP).
When submitting an application, the participant is provided with a completed sample agreement, which means acceptance of its provisions and form (when making changes to it, the latter are highlighted in a different color and if necessary, comments are indicated).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
