Comments:
1. The offer is submitted in the form attached in the procurement documents.
2. The offer must strictly comply with the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.

Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
5. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

6. In accordance with the policy of METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 373, 374 and No. 178 "Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety", "Accreditation for Sustainable Development" and "General accreditation" are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises.
