To participate in the trading procedure you need to provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer -Appendix №5 to TK!
2. Package of documents
3. Consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance contributions) to recognition of information constituting tax secrecy, publicly available and receipt of this consent of the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to trades);
- consent to the disclosure of trade secrets (attached to the bidding);
- sanctions clause (attached to the bidding).

The contract template will be used by the winner counterparty, BUT with adjustments LLC Tambov bacon
5. In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide the full package of statutory documents according to Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
