Two-stage purchase procedure

Comments: 1. It is necessary to attach all the required documents (at stage 1, completed Appendices 2-6, documents confirming the qualifications of personnel in accordance with paragraph 14 of the TOR, at stage 2, completed Appendix 1 and fill in the tabular part of the ETP). In the technical part of the offer (Appendix No. 6), it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.

In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

In case of winning the competition, the possibility of concluding an EDI Agreement with the participant is considered (the draft is attached to the purchase), as well as the conclusion of an Agreement on ensuring production safety (the draft is attached for the purchase, it must be signed when submitting the TCP).
