PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your Company to participate in the formation of the list of participants of the procurement event for the selection of suppliers for maintenance, repair and maintenance services replacement of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the sales offices of the Central Region of PJSC "VimpelCom".
The procurement event (hereinafter referred to as WM) will consist of the following phases:
- collection of applications from counterparties;
- sending to e-mail/downloading later technical, procurement and other documentation/information on the ISM to the declared Participants;
- Request documents;
- Verification of submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC "VimpelCom".
To participate in the ISM, it is necessary to attach the following documents to this procedure on the site until 31.08.2020 till 17:00 (ICS):
• Member's questionnaire (signed scan in PDF format);
• Privacy Statement (signed scan in PDF format);
• Letter of assurance of non-affiliation (signed scan in PDF format);
• Application of consent for participation in pre-qualification (PDF scan);
• Prospective VC vendor questionnaire (in Excel);
• Provide financial statements on Forms 1 and 2 for 2018 and 2019 (a scan copy of the balance sheet and income statement), as well as the file "Financial analysis" completed in accordance with the financial report (in Excel);
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of the responsible manager from your side on this SM: name, position, e-mail, phone working and/or mobile (in Excel).

Requirements for electronic copies of documents

Each electronic document should be:
• easy to read;
• is saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must be grouped into a single file, for example: The Charter document must be scanned not by single pages, but in a single file (PDF file in black and white);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Please note that the B2B - Center ETP must be registered in advance.
