Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites your Company to participate in the additional qualification of suppliers (open on a permanent basis) to provide services for maintenance, repair and replacement of air conditioning and ventilation systems in the sales offices of the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom.
The procurement event (hereinafter referred to as the ZM) will consist of the following stages:
- collection of applications from contractors;
- sending technical, procurement and other documentation / information on the ZM to the declared Participants by e-mail;
- request for documents;
- verification of the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC VimpelCom.
To participate in the ZM, you must fill out and submit the following documents:
• Questionnaire of the ZM participant + The participant's compliance with the requirements of the WM (signed scan in PDF format). The form to fill out is located in the "Documents for participation" file.
• Counterparty questionnaire (signed scan in PDF format);
• Completed "CT Compliance Statement" indicating the selection of lots (signed scan in PDF format);
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of the responsible manager on your side for this PO: full name, position, e-mail, work phone and/or mobile (in Excel).
• All documents according to the list of Qualification requirements.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents
Each electronic document should be:
• easy to read;
• saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices must be grouped into one file, for example: the Charter document must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
