It is necessary to attach all the required documents (at stage 1, completed Appendices 2-6, a reference list, documents confirming the qualifications of personnel and the right to perform work in accordance with paragraph 14 of the TOR, at stage 2, completed Appendix 1 and fill in the tabular part of the ETP). In the technical part of the offer (Appendix No. 6), it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
