Comments:
If you wish, you can register in the tender procedure, it is necessary to fill in and download the Application Form, a list of jobs, documents marked in List of constituent documents. The application is accepted without specifying a price.
Customer requirements:
1. Provide:
- Consistent progress chart (annex No. 3 to TK);
- The agreed list of quantities (annex No. 2 to TK);
- Documents confirming the right to performance of works on the subject of the tender (CPO, licenses, certificates, etc.), (p. 1.5. main list).
- Reference list (experience help p. 7 main list)
- Written confirmation of their own certified and legally operating staff identity to perform this type of work with the application scan-copies of certificates;
2. requirements to the bidders:
- Execution of works in the period from 01.06.2018 g. by 31.05.2019;
- Work according to the technical requirements of the customer;
- Data execution experience of works not less than 3 years;
- Readiness to start work before the conclusion of the Treaty from the date of receipt of the nomination letters
- Consent to the conclusion of the model contract as amended by LLC "LADA Izhevsk»;
- Own the material and technical base;
- Warranty work performed not less than 12 months from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works and/or act of removing comments;
- For the contract to provide schedule and calculation in 3-day period from the date of receipt of the nomination letters;
- In case of repairs equipment detected when performing maintenance work, the inspection after repair gas Customer and performer, based on agreed defective statements and pricing of repair (calibration), within 5 (five) working days additional contract on rendering of services on repair.
- All supplied materials and equipment shall be Russian certificates of conformity and fire safety certificates. The certificates must be provided to the customer;
- All work according to the technical requirements within the time frame agreed by the customer.
