Comments:
In this event, suppliers are selected who will confirm their readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request.
All the necessary information and requirements are set out in the Procurement Documentation file and other documents (Contract Template, Terms of Reference, etc.).
PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:
1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Results of evaluation of corporate security in terms of possible cooperation risks.
The entire volume is divided into 3 Lots:
Lot 1 (cities: Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Biysk, Gorno-Altaysk, Omsk);
Lot 2 (cities: Abakan, Kyzyl, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Krasnoyarsk, Norilsk, Tomsk, Ulan-Ude, Chita, Irkutsk, Bratsk);
Lot 3 (cities: Birobidzhan, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok, Artyom, Ussuriisk, Nakhodka, Spassk-Dalny, Arseniev, Dalnerechensk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Magadan, Anadyr, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Khabarovsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Yakutsk);
Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill in the file Application form, provide signed with seal in PDF format
2) fill in the file, submit the Declaration of Conformity to the qualification requirements in XLS and signed in PDF, attach the documents confirming the requirements, which are indicated in the Application.
3) Fill in the commercial proposal files with primary prices for each Lot of the application, the order of filling is indicated in the files.
After this procedure, a commercial stage (auction) will take place, within which a price reduction will be requested!
4) fill in the file Balance 2018-2019 to submit only in XLS, And a scanned copy of the Balances themselves with a tax mark of acceptance in PDF
5) provide an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities with the current date in PDF
6) provide file "Information" in XLS
