Delivery terms:Providing and shipping the necessary equipment, tools and accessories for the rendering of services is carried out in full force, and through the Executive Director.

4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF; 5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
