Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer. Applicants who have submitted an offer late and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizing company, and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding via an electronic trading platform, offers by other means are not accepted.
