Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Customer settles for the work by transferring funds by payment orders to the Contractor's settlement account within 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate for the work performed, the unified form of OS-3 acts, the Contractor's invoices for the amount of work performed.
Delivery terms:Drilling rig. Republic of Tatarstan, Orenburg and Samara regions.

Comments:
OBLIGATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT IN EDITORIAL BY THE CUSTOMER.

1. The contractor undertakes to fill in Appendix No. 1 of this specification in the form of a technical and commercial proposal.
2. Subcontracting of third-party enterprises is allowed only upon written agreement with the Customer for the transfer of equipment for subcontracting.
3. The positive experience of cooperation between the Contractor and OOO MC Tatburneft is welcomed.
4. The customer has the right to adjust the cost of the contract in the direction of decreasing / increasing the volume of work performed.
5. Based on the results of the bidding, the Contractor must agree with the Customer the planned calculations, cost estimates for repairs with decoding of cost items.
6. For additional work, indicate the cost.
7. The drilling rig is equipped with electronic devices.

This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers !!!

The application of the commercial proposal on the letterhead is required.
