The participant of the procedure recognized as the winner is obliged to open a current account in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purpose of making payments under the contract, in respect of which the request was made "

Comments:
1. Maintenance of the air conditioning system must be carried out 2 times a year (before the start of the season and after the end of the season);
2. A guarantee is required for the work performed for maintenance for a period of at least 12 months;
3. A guarantee is required for the repair work performed for at least 3 years (if necessary, replacement of equipment, utilities, etc.).

This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The purchase participant must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead, the quality passport and the certificate of conformity, the contract of the official dealer, the signed copy of the questionnaire and the constituent documents (the list of required documents is specified in Appendix No. 3).

The price offer submitted through the ETP functional should correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
