Comments: The submitted proposal must consist of a technical and commercial part, certified by the signature of the head with a seal (it is also necessary to attach the completed forms 7 in Excel format). In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform.
