Two-stage purchase procedure

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments: This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
A PREREQUISITE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER is to visit the facility to clarify all technical issues before submitting a tender offer.
Rebidding will definitely be carried out in the procedure.
The cost for the E-Signature must be specified FOR the YEAR in accordance with clause 6.1. of the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
