Payment terms:No advance payment.
The final settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Certificate of Completion of Work Rendered services (Form No. H-A4), subject to the timely provision of the FRT (or invoice). The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. A).
Delivery terms:From the date of the conclusion of the contract (no later than 01.12.2020) to 31.03.2021

The tender is conducted in the form of a single request for proposals.
Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the "Files uploaded by the organizer" tab after summing up.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения. Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке "Файлы, загруженные организатором" после подведения итогов.
