Requirements to the participants:
Участник регламентированной процедуры должен соответствовать следующим обязательным требованиям:
Не находиться в процессе реорганизации или ликвидации, его организационно-правовая форма должна соответствовать законодательству РФ.
В отношении его не должно быть возбуждено производство по делу о несостоятельности (банкротству), на его имущество не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена.
Не должен иметь убытки за последний завершенный финансовый год и квартал, обороты за последний период, аналогичный периоду производства работ, должны быть сопоставимы с суммой настоящего договора либо превышать ее.
