The commercial offer must indicate:
- The cost of work;
- The term of work is from the date of the application
- Terms of payment;
- The term of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under a standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Guarantee period;
- Service center addresses of the contractor;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) if the commercial proposal provides for a partial or full prepayment.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the proposal.
