2. Visual and measuring control of elevator equipment;
3. Determination of the condition of the elevator equipment with the identification of defects, malfunctions, the degree of wear and tear, corrosion;
4. Elevator safety devices testing;
5. Inspection of elevator metal structures using non-destructive testing methods;
6. Insulation resistance test of electrical equipment and electrical networks / circuits on the elevator;
7. Checking the presence of a circuit between the grounded electrical installation and the elements of the grounded installation, the operation of protection in networks with a solidly grounded central unit on the elevator;
8. Checking the functioning of the elevator equipment in various operating modes;
9. Drawing up and execution of reporting documentation on the results of elevator tests
10. Determination of the residual life of the elevator equipment;
11. Drawing up an expert opinion on the possibility of extending the safe operation of the elevator;
12. Drawing up a list of defects and identified deviations from the requirements of the technical regulations "On the safety of elevators";
