Payment terms:
1. Payment of the Contract price (executed Stage of Work) is made by the Customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties, taking into account the final calculation (guarantee retention) in the amount of 10% of the Price of the executed Stage of works, According to P. 3.2.2. Agreement, with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of completed works, provided the Contractor submitted the full set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3),
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice
2. The Customer shall make the final calculation (payment of the guarantee deduction) on the fact of achievement and transfer of the Contractor to the Customer the Result of work with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days for SMES (and not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days for not SMSP ), from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (Form KS-14), provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Object (Form KS-14)
ü Copies of the Certificates of acceptance of the full set of Executive/Technical/initial-Permitting (including permission for commissioning)/Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed.
