Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
The criteria of expert evaluation for the selection of a Contractor for the performance of works are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. The minimum prices for goods and materials (market prices) are checked and agreed upon by the customer.
3. Work in the wording of the customer's contract.
4. Availability of permits and resources to perform the work:
- availability of SRO in the field of capital repairs of capital construction objects (paragraph 1 of Article 55.8 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), with the right to participate in competitive procurement and conclude contracts for capital repairs and a corresponding contribution to the compensation fund to ensure contractual obligations, except for the cases established in paragraphs 2.1, 2.2 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
- the presence of a certified system, the scope of certification must correspond to the types of work performed on the object (capital / current repairs);
- availability of a certified system, occupational safety and health protection;
- availability of qualified engineering and technical personnel, as well as qualified workers of leading specialties to perform the volume of work;
- at least 2 years of experience in performing similar works at similar facilities.
5. The contractor is obliged to:
- guarantee the validity and expediency of the selected solutions, materials and structures;
- provide estimates and calculations, specifications for building materials, justification of the wage fund, other types of expenses;
- provide working and executive documentation;
- provide, if necessary, financial documents for the payment of construction works, the purchase and supply of materials, the delivery and use of equipment, the remuneration of employees;
- ensure that the volume of work performed corresponds to the reporting documents and executive documentation;
- compliance of the object and works with the requirements of the VD, estimates;
- together with the customer or at his request, to assess the quality of the work and the materials used, their compliance with the specifications;
- provide the volumes of completed and unfulfilled works, their cost indicators;
- provide, at the request of the customer, properly completed reports and financial documents.
6. Availability of a production base.

8. Availability of specialized machinery and equipment owned by the company or under a lease agreement.
9. Execution of works in accordance with the developed work production project (PPR).
10. Terms of performance of works: until 31.12.2022
11. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works in cash, a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
12. Quality guarantees of works and services from 24 months.
13. The Contractor is obliged to present supporting documents upon request.
14. Penalties in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of the work performed are provided for the failure of the deadlines for the work.

- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy)proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has a negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
