Auto-extension

b) The final calculation based on the sides of the taking over certificate of executed works, suspended 20 calendar days from the date of signing of the acceptance certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set the following documents:
ü account;
ü Act of acceptance of the executed works (form # KS-2) signed by the parties;
ü help on the cost of work performed and costs (form # KS-3), signed by the parties;
ü invoices
Delivery terms:the start of Works: within 5 days from the moment of signing the contract, but not before the conditions specified in clause 6.2.
end of works: not more than 119 days from commencement of the works.
