- 20% after passing the industrial safety examination and registration of the conclusion with the RNT authorities, as well as entering the conclusion into the register of industrial safety expert examination reports. "


The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
