Payment terms:

2. Acceptance of works is carried out in stages, on a monthly basis. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Act of the work performed (form No. KS-2), no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, a Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3) and an invoice of the standard established in the Russian Federation.
3. The contractor is obliged to transfer to the Customer the as-built documentation drawn up in accordance with the requirements of RD-11-02-2006. 4. Upon completion of the acceptance of the entire scope of work for each facility, the parties sign the Acceptance Acts of the completed facility (KS-14).
Delivery terms:

Works that do not require stopping the main production of TPTs-2:
- Installation of foundations, installation of equipment, installation of a m / c outlet duct and sampling sites, installation of an underground ventilation shaft and ventilation ducts, supply and connection of all communications to the equipment should be completed no later than November 15, 2021.
Works performed during the scheduled shutdown of TPTs-2 (medium repair) 10 days (period from 11/16/2021 to 11/26/2021)
- Partial dismantling of the existing ventilation system B2 / B2A., Air intake hoods, installation of ventilation ducts and new air intake hoods no later than November 24, 2021
Launch of a new gas cleaning system 11/27/2021
2. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement !!!
3. Equipment (indicated in the estimates with the letter "O") - delivery by the Customer. Materials - contractor supply.
4. Mandatory development and approval of the work schedule (before starting work);
5. Operating production.
6. The minimum quality guarantee period is 5 years.
7. Penalties for failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement 0.5% for each day of delay.
8. Calculate the contractual cost using the resource method (the cost of resources must correspond to the cost declared by Chelinform Center)
9. In the estimates, a coefficient is applied that takes into account the conditions of work in the amount of 1.15.
10. When calculating the cost of work in current prices, a refund for the use of energy resources of the Customer is applied in the amount of 1.93% of the cost of construction and installation work.
11. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6 of the Procurement Documentation);
12. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car).

Работы должны выполняться организацией имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам на объектах капитального строительства.
2.Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1. Оборудование и технику для выполнения работ.
4. Квалифицированный персонал:
4.1. Специалисты, аттестованные:
- по ПБ (протоколы Ростехнадзора - А.1, Б.3.9);
- по Охране труда, Пожарно-техническому минимуму (протоколы учебного центра);
- по электробезопасности (не ниже IV группы)
5.Деятельность организации должна составлять не менее 3лет.
6.Опыт проведения подобных работ.
