Payment terms:
4.1. Payment, according to the financial policy of Tambov Bacon LLC, is accepted as 100% post-payment, after the signing of the acceptance certificates for the work performed. All payments are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. Acceptance certificates for completed works come into force after they are signed by the Customer.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 30 calendar days after the completion of the work and signing the certificate of completion by both parties.
4.2 Payment currency - Russian ruble.
4.3. Penalties are imposed on the Contractor in the amount of 0.1% of the total amount of the contract for each calendar day of delay in the execution of work.
