5) It is mandatory to sign the annex to the agreement "Special conditions", if you accept the standard Rusagro agreement, in case of non-acceptance of the standard Rusagro agreement (protocol of disagreement), the contractor's assessment, at the stage of deciding on the choice of the winner, will be lowered.
