4) В обязательном порядке необходимо предоставить справку :Форма по КНД 1110058, утвержденная Приказом ФНС России от 15.11.2016 № ММВ-7-17/615 (прилагается копия согласие с квитанцией о приеме налоговым органом
5) В обязательном порядке необходимо подписать приложение договора "Особые условия", если принимаете стандартный договор Русагро, в случае непринятия стандартного договора Русагро (протокол разногласии), оценка подрядчика, на стадии принятия решения о выборе победителя, будет снижена.
