Payment terms:
1. 100% upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
2.25% prepayment, 75% upon receipt of INVENTORY at the warehouse of the buyer.

Availability of quality passports or other document certifying the quality of the goods in the warehouse. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. The item should be labeled. 3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery terms;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
