Payment terms:
1. Advancing of works not provided. 2. Cost of works is final and includes all costs associated with the execution of the works provided for in the terms of reference and cannot be adjusted. 3. Payment for work performed within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate for all performed works, subject to the receipt of duly executed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation addressed to Customer accounts, Act of acceptance and handover of documentation reflecting the outcome of work. 4. A properly issued invoice shall be deemed exhibited separately in the Treaty (specify other amounts to a treaty is not allowed), with indication of the full correct name of this Treaty, its date, type of work, for which payment is made, specifying in advance (if the invoice is presented in advance) and other requisites established by applicable law. 5. Payment works under this agreement be made in Russian rubles by bank order by transferring money to the account. 6. The obligation of the customer to pay for work is considered completed from the moment of debiting the current account of the customer. 7. Shortcomings of the works included in the price of the work under the contract and shall not be subject to additional fees if such defects are caused by improper performance by the contractor of his obligations.
