Payment terms:Payment for services rendered by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 90 calendar days from the moment of signing by the parties of the acts of performed works, the act of reconciliation of calculations, issued in 2 copies and presentation of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

1. Acceptance of the contract in the editorial office of the Customer (see Annex 1).
2. The work should be carried out in-house without the involvement of subcontracting organizations.
3. All equipment must comply with the required technical characteristics, GOST, specifications, as well as have passports, certificates of conformity, operating instructions.
4. Payment is made for 1 meter of penetration of the chisel, 1 meter of penetration of the GDD complete with check and overflow valve (if necessary).
5. The cost of 1 meter of penetration of equipment should include transportation costs, RCM, drilling of the hole, workings, round-the-clock engineering and technological support at the well, equipment engineer technologists wagons - houses, means of cellular communication, the Internet. Additional conditions such as standstill rate, downtime of the drilling crew, etc. will not be included in the offer.
6. The cost of services indicated in the offer is fixed until the end of 2020.
7. The total number of wells can be divided between companies.
8. Volumes can be adjusted both upwards and downwards depending on the results of the work performed.
9. Commission review is carried out in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
10. In case of failure to perform the mechanical speed of drilling laid down in the bit program - penalties are imposed.
11. Provide a report on the experience of work in the area (commercial and scheduled speeds, number of supported wells); chisel program with indication of guaranteed mechanical speeds (format of the chisel program is presented in the draft Agreements).
