Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer within 120 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acts of work performed, the act of reconciliation of settlements executed in 2 copies and presentation of the invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

1. Acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer (see. Appendix No. 1).
2. The work must be performed in-house without the involvement of subcontractors.
3. All equipment must comply with the required technical characteristics, GOST, TU, and also have passports, certificates of conformity, instructions for use.
4. Payment is made for 1 meter of drill boring, 1 meter of drilling with a mud valve complete with a check and overflow valve (if necessary). In the commercial proposal, additionally indicate the cost of work for 1 meter of penetration of the calibrators, as well as for one meterless operation.
5. The cost of 1 meter of equipment sinking should include transportation costs, MRC, hole drilling, development, round-the-clock engineering and technological support at the well, equipping process engineers with wagons, cellular communication facilities, and the Internet. Additional conditions such as waiting rate, drilling crew downtime, etc. will not be taken into account in the commercial offer.
6. The cost of services indicated in the commercial proposal is fixed until the end of 2021.
7. The total number of wells can be divided between companies.
8. The volumes can be adjusted both up and down, depending on the results of the work performed.
9. Commission analysis of the PDM is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
