The post-positional method of the procedure provides an opportunity for the organizer to carry out the purchase of individual positions and conclude contracts with the winner (winners) on individual positions for the greatest economic effect.
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointment to the position of Director of the counterparty (with sample signature.) Copy
6. Accounting records Form 1 and 2 for the last closed year copy
7. The current lease agreement of the Office premises (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) scan.

These tenders are the internal procedure of choosing a contractor, supplier, executor and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of requirements of articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "on protection of competition". Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidding, the customer of the corresponding volume of civil obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of the contract with the winner of the bidding or other participant.
By submitting documents and information to the organizer of the bidding, the applicant confirms his/her compliance with the qualifying requirements established by the respective tenders, expresses his intention to participate in the bidding, agrees with the rules and conditions held
